We recently took a trip to Europe through a package arranged by Gotrip Air, and it was a fantastic experience! Sreeraj and his team did a great job planning the itinerary, We covered 3 countries and experiencef most of the major attractions in just 10 days. Everything was super well-organized, and we got all the info and support we needed well in advance. We’ve dealt with other travel operators before, but honestly, Gotrip’s service really outstanding. Whole trip was smooth and memorable. The only hiccup was the hotel in Paris – Gotrip coukd have picked it for travel convenience, but the service there was extremely disappointing. Having said that , the team responded immediately and reached out the hotel team to sort things out, which shows the seriousness of thier focus on customer satisfaction.
